We don't store any credit card information in our servers. Infact, your credit card details are never sent to our servers. The details are forwarded to our credit card processor directly from your device.

As long as we have not shipped your order, we might be able to make changes in your orders. But once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

Once received, your request will be processed within 3-5 business days. We will refund you with your original payment method or you could request us to get a store credit.

You can send us an email with the correct delivery address if you made any mistakes at the time of the order. If your order has not been dispatched, we will can change your address in our system. But we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do it in a short notice.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

In some cases, we might be able to offer a direct bank deposit but normally you have to pay online with a credit card or Paypal. Please feel free to contact us if you need help.

As soon as you hit the "PLACE ORDER" button. Our system will deduct payment from your credit card. 

Incase of Paypal, The payment will be collected immediately, however it might take few days for it to appear on your bank statement.
