RETURN POLICY DETAILS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn & unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with tags (if attached). Shoe boxes should be in their original condition.
100% Money Back
We will refund 100% of the order amount for any purchases of regular/full price items.
For any discounted or sale items, we might return the product price and not the shipping charges.
You can exchange your items (excluding sale/clearance items) for equal, greater or lower value than the original order.
We will deliver the exchanges for FREE if they have an equal or greater value of original order.
For any exchanges of greater or lower value than the original order, we will give you the store credit for original order. You can use the store credit to make a new order.
The free delivery of exchanges can only be used one time per order. We will charge a $12 shipping fee for further exchanges of the same order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
You can either get a store credit or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our website.
Discounted/Sale items (if applicable)
We do accept returns for discounted & sale items. However we are unable to provide a 100% money back on discounted or sale items. We will deduct any delivery cost from the order total.
How to Return?
To return your products, please send us an email by quoting your order number and we will send you a returns form which must be provided with each return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
